What we collect, and what we don't.
Last updated September 15, 2026
What this covers
This is the website of Yes on O for Reed Schools, the committee supporting Measure O. This page explains what the site collects, what we do with it, and who else sees it.
We do not track you
No cookies. No analytics. No advertising pixels, no session recording, no third-party trackers. We do not know who visits this site or what they read.
Typefaces are served from our own domain rather than loaded from Google, so reading the site does not tell anyone else that you were here.
What you give us, and when
Only what you type into one of our forms. You can read every page on this site without giving us anything.
If you endorse, request a lawn sign, or volunteer, we collect your name and email, and depending on the form your phone number, street address, organization, and whatever you write in the notes.
What we do with it
We use it to get back to you about the thing you asked for, and for nothing else.
Endorsements: nothing is published until a member of the committee approves it. When it is, only your name, or your organization's name, and the heading it sits under appear on the site. Your email, phone number, and address are never published.
Lawn signs: your address is how a volunteer finds you to deliver the sign.
Volunteering: we contact you about the ways you said you could help.
Who can see it
Members of the campaign committee, and our campaign consultants, who receive a copy of form submissions.
Submissions are stored in Google Sheets. The site is hosted by Vercel. Both can technically access what is stored with them, as is true of any hosted service.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not share it with other campaigns.
Donations, and what the law makes public
Donations are handled by Anedot. Your card details go to them and never pass through this site, so we never see them.
Worth knowing before you give: California requires every campaign committee to publicly report contributions totalling $100 or more from one person in a calendar year. That report includes your name, street address, occupation, and employer, and it is filed with the county and the state as a public record. This is state law and applies to every California campaign, not a choice this committee makes.
Contributions under that threshold are reported as a total, without names.
Email from us
Only about what you signed up for. Every message we send includes a way to stop receiving them.
Getting your information removed
Email info@yesonoforreedschools.org and we will take you off our lists and remove your name from the site.
The exception is campaign finance records. Once a contribution has been reported, we are legally required to keep and to have filed that record, and we cannot unpublish it.
Children
This site is aimed at voters. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes and contact
If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it.
Questions about any of this go to info@yesonoforreedschools.org.
